Adding and Editing Text

In this tutorial I go over the basics adding and editing text, changing the font and other text properties, creating simple model of a dice (using Blender 2.55, there are some differences in 2.56 but nothing fundamental).

The tutorial also shows how to convert the text to a mesh and then how to join to a mesh to ‘flatten’ the model to a single object.
